Helpful Testing TipsUpdated 24 days ago

This guide is designed for you to learn about how different food ingredients, eating time and portions impact your blood glucose.

You are encouraged to wear at least 2 CGM sensors to collect at least 28 days of your glucose pattern data.

Additionally, we encourage you to test and log foods and supplements curated from Tastermonial as well as your consumption of your daily meals and your own food products inside our app. This way, we can give you an insight via a blood sugar report.

⏰ Make sure each day of the test you maintain a consistent routine e.g. similar test time, similar activity level.

💊 If you need to take certain medication and/or supplements, please ensure that you are consistent on your consumption timing and note them inside the food log of Tastermonial mobile app.

❗️Don't forget to wait 24 hours after sensor activation before starting to test any foods as the result may not be accurate.

Enjoy the testing! 😉
