Error with the Sensor. I need a replacement.Updated 2 years ago

In the event your sensor has fallen off or you have received a sensor error message during the 14-day period, please contact directly Abbott Diabetes Customer Care Team and fill in the form a form to request sensor replacement.

You must provide the Serial Number of the sensor (9-11 characters). You can find that on the sensor or on the side of the box.

You will need to ship the faulty sensor back by mail to Abbott to get the replacement.
